Worst Advent Calendar Ever

From David Bowie, to Harper Lee, we lost a lot of good folks in 2016. So our advent calendar became a fitting tribute — A bare christmas sparsely adorned with a single ornament for each of the celebs who died that year. Every day from Dec 1 to December 24, a new bauble was hung on the tree.

As the baubles were hung on the tree, users could zoom in for a closer look. Each ornament horned one celebrity with a quote and a link to a YouTube video.

To help drum up buzz we also sent a full color print calendar to our clients and contacts, which seems to have worked because, the project was mentioned in an article on It's Nice That entitled It's the most wonderful time of the year! Here's December's Things.
